Each class lasts approximately one hour. If you arrive late to our facility, you will be asked to train at a different hour. This is for YOUR safety. Each warm-up exercise programmed is specific to our weightlifting/gymnastic/skill/metcon for the day to prevent injury!

Note: Due to the variety of specialty services offered at Pivotal Training, "Open Gym" packages Allow members to use our facility Monday thru Friday 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
